Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, starting from the date your order is received. Unfortunately, once this 30-day window has passed, we are unable to offer a refund.

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first at [email protected] to obtain return authorization.
Items clearly marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page are not eligible for return or refund, except where required by applicable law.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return requirements. We will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout (such as a credit or debit card). Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund to your account. This processing time is determined by your financial institution and is beyond our control.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges for size, color, or style changes.

If you would like a different item, we recommend placing a new order through our website for the desired size or color and returning the original item in accordance with this policy.

Return Shipping

Responsibility for return shipping costs depends on the reason for the return:

  • Defective or Incorrect Items:
    If the item is defective or you received the wrong product, we will cover the return shipping cost. Where possible, a prepaid return label will be provided.

  • Change of Mind Returns:
    If you are returning an item due to personal preference (such as ordering the wrong size or no longer wanting the item), you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
    Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Canadian Orders – Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped to Canada, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) or the delivery carrier (such as Canada Post) are non-refundable.

If a Canadian-shipped order is returned:

  • We will refund the item’s purchase price (excluding return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error).

  • Original shipping fees will only be refunded if required by Canadian law and if the return results from our mistake (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

  • Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees paid at delivery will not be included in the refund.
