Shipping Policy

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all valid addresses within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada. At this time, we are unable to ship to destinations outside the U.S. and Canada.

For shipments to Canada, international import regulations may apply, including duties and taxes. Please refer to the Duties & Taxes section below for more information.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or U.S. or Canadian public holidays.

For Canadian orders, an additional 1–2 business days may be required to verify shipping details, prepare customs documentation, and ensure compliance with import regulations.


Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times begin once an order has been dispatched:

  • United States (Standard Shipping):
    Estimated delivery within 5–10 business days after dispatch.

  • Canada:
    Estimated delivery within 10–25 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs clearance.


Shipping Carriers

  • United States:
    We primarily ship orders via USPS.

  • Canada:
    Canadian orders are shipped using USPS International, with final delivery typically handled by Canada Post. The carrier may vary based on destination, package weight, and selected delivery speed.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. For Canadian shipments, tracking updates may pause while the package is in customs. Additional updates may be available through the local carrier’s tracking portal.


Tracking Your Order

After your order is dispatched, a shipping confirmation email will be sent with your tracking number and a direct link to check shipment status.

  • U.S. Orders:
    Tracking information is updated in real time throughout the entire delivery process.

  • Canadian Orders:
    Tracking details may take up to 48 hours to appear. After the shipment leaves the U.S., updates may be less frequent. For the most current information, we recommend checking the local postal service’s website using your tracking number.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or marked as “delivered” but not received, please follow the steps below:

U.S. Orders:

  • Check with household members, neighbors, or building management for alternate delivery locations.

  • Contact USPS directly using your tracking number for delivery details.

Canadian Orders:

  • Allow an additional 5–7 business days for potential customs-related delays.

  • Check with the local postal service or customs authorities to confirm whether duties or taxes are outstanding.

  • Confirm with neighbors or nearby post offices.

If the Package Is Still Missing:

  • U.S. Orders: Contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

  • Canadian Orders: Contact us within 14 days of the marked delivery date.
